Tournament System: 7 rounds, Swiss System
Time limit: 1 hour + Byo-yomi (20 stones in 5 minutes)
Rules: Japanese
Komi: 6½ points

IMPORTANT:
The tournament is open and free for all BGF members (domiciled in Belgium for at least a year). However, if you decide to participate you must play all 7 rounds
Full rules for the Belgian Championship can be found in Dutch and in French.
Please be advised that those rules will be updated by early November, as the final system will be changed. The qualification system remains however unchanged.

Prize

The winner of the Selection Tournament will be the Belgian representative for the Korean Prime Minister Cup, near Seoul, Korea from 23rd to 28th of October 2009 (all costs sponsored by the Korean Amateur Baduk Association).
